Shipping
Processing Time
We try our best to process your order within 3 days, but processing times may vary. If you have any questions about processing times, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Estimated Shipping Times
- North America: 3 – 7 business days
- Other parts of the world: 7 – 14 business days
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier, global conditions, and current events that may affect the shipment of packages.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and services incurred at your country’s customs offices. This applies to all packages no matter the value.
VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. You may experience delays and additional fees.
I, Michael Daugherty & Shawnee Rising Studios, will not be collecting or remitting VAT.
Additionally, you can check with your country’s customs office to determine what the costs will be before buying.
Please understand that we here at Shawnee Rising Studios are not responsible for any import taxes, and they are not included in any of our item prices or shipping costs.
Any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.
If packages are returned to us from your country’s customs office, you can pay for shipping again and have the package re-sent to you,

We can refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Payment Processing
Our secure payment processing keeps your information safe and private. Our system does not share or make visible your credit card information.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, Shawnee Rising Studios does not accept returns or exchanges, except for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order was returned to us from a customs office, please see the Customs and Import Taxes section above.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit I will refund your items minus the original shipping cost.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shawnee Rising Studios and its licensors.
