There's just something about seeing people in the clouds...I looked out the window and I never saw clouds. I instantly saw the head and shoulders of a person. I've edited some different shots. Do you see what I see, other than the beautiful sunset?
I can't stop making (vegan) sushi. This time I made some homemade pickled ginger and some Wasabi infused avocado to go along with it. The ginger and extra bit of spice made this dish AMAZING! Just get you some carrots, cucumber (I use English Cucumber), vegan cream cheese, avocado, and Wasabi. Mash the avocado and mix in the Wasabi (to taste! Start with a little amount and work your way up to your level of spiciness. A little Wasabi goes a long way!🔥) Spread your bed of rice on your Nori sheet, add your veggies and cheese, and then roll that sucker up nice and tight. Place a slice of pickled ginger on top and dip in a little soy sauce. 😋 I use a little peeling tool that makes noodle-like pieces for my carrots to keep my pieces nice and thin. I tried it on my cucumber as well and it worked great! I'm stuffed! 🍣🍜 We made some homemade ramen as well...but we mostly ate the sushi. 😂

Homemade sushi (vegan) for supper. WINNER! Just some carrots, cucumber, and vegan cream cheese. Yum!! Dip this in some soy sauce and its game over!! Seriously, I ate too much and the rice has filled my stomach to the max and I'm done for the day!! 🤣🤢
